1. Fin spacing
If the pitch of the fins becomes smaller, the heat dissipation will be increased, but the smaller the better, the smaller the pitch, the worse it will be. So generally Lai Jingjing, the two tubes are 3-4mm, the four tubes are 4-5mm, and the six tubes are 5-6mm.
2. Contact thermal resistance
Its influence is very large. If the contact thermal resistance is not good, then the influence on heat dissipation will reach more than 20%.
3. Fin height
As the height of the fins is increased, the heat dissipation area will be increased, thereby increasing the heat dissipation. However, this cannot be increased blindly, and the rationality of the size must also be considered.
4. Fin diameter
As the diameter of the fin tube increases, the heat dissipation will increase, but it also has some disadvantages. If the height of the fins is relatively small and the distance between the fins is relatively small, then the pipe diameter should also take into account the aspect of rationality.
5. Number of fins
Although increasing the number of fins can also increase heat dissipation, it will increase costs, etc. Therefore, it is not very cost-effective from an economic point of view.
