High frequency welded finned tubes have shown their own advantages in many aspects. In the process of welding, it is necessary to control the amount of deformation to ensure product quality and achieve a good heat exchange effect.
Usually, on the basis of the deformation analysis computer measurement of the tube bundle, the programmed program is used to simulate the calculation, and the following measures to control the deformation are proposed:
Measure 1:
Strictly control the quality of the high-frequency welded finned tubes, and strictly manage the straightening process to ensure that the straightness of the tubes is within 1mm/m.
Measure 2:
Select and combine the tube box and high-frequency welded finned tube. Specifically, it is necessary to measure the initial deflection of finned tubes and tube boxes one by one, and combine the value and direction of the finned tubes and official boxes to classify them.
Then, according to the deformation law of the finned tube and the official box during the welding process obtained by the simulation calculation, the finned tube and the official box are assembled correspondingly.
Measure 3:
In the process of assembly, it is necessary to use a self-made special positioning fixture to keep the distance between the high-frequency welding finned tubes basically the same, and then spot welding for positioning.
Measure 4:
The next step is to use the computer to calculate the most suitable welding process method.
Usually, the welding seam between the high-frequency welded finned tube and the official box is welded in two layers, and each row of welds on the official box is welded from The middle is symmetrically skipped to both sides, and the four rows of welds on the upper and lower pipe boxes are symmetrically exchanged for welding. After the first layer of welds cools down, the second layer of welds is welded.
In fact, the tube bundle structure often undergoes various deformations after welding. Among them, the deformation that is likely to cause quality problems mainly refers to deflection deformation, especially the deflection deformation of finned tubes.
Therefore, in order to improve the quality of high-frequency welded finned tubes, it is necessary to take corresponding measures to control the amount of deformation.
According to the above improvement measures, the quality of high-frequency welded finned tubes will be further improved and deformation will be reduced.
