The use of heating coils on stainless steel tanks

Heating coils can be designed to be installed in new air handling units as gas heating coils or on ducts as duct heaters.

When the existing heating system using unit supply air is planned to cancel the central boiler room and become independent gas heating, the RHC gas heating coil can be installed in the unit or on the air duct to replace the original steam or hot water heating coil.

Heating coil features:

1. Flexible application – horizontal or vertical installation on the air channel.
2. A variety of control options – accurate temperature control, 1-level, or 2-level, or multi-level combustion volume adjustment.
3. Long service life – the heat exchange coil is fixed on the smoke collecting box by expansion method instead of welding, and the material of the heat exchange coil is aluminized steel or stainless steel.

There are many heating methods for stainless steel tanks, and coil heating or jacket heating is the most commonly used heating method.

The heating coils of stainless steel tanks are usually used for heating, cooling or thermal insulation of the materials in the tank. The coils of the tank can be divided into inner coils and outer coils.

The outer coil can also be used for heating, but it is limited by the area and the heating efficiency is too poor, so it is generally only used for heat preservation and anti-freezing.

The inner coil can be made into multiple layers, with a large heat exchange area, which can be used for heating or cooling Keep warm.

Heat coil

The heat coils of the stainless steel tank adopts the principle of physical heat transfer. The stainless steel tube is used to surround the inner wall of the tank or outside the tank and keep a certain distance from the inner wall to form a coil structure.

When the coil is installed on the tank, it must be strictly controlled. The theoretical distance from the outer wall of the shell ensures the orientation and elevation of the nozzles at both ends of the coil.

If necessary, use a tool to adjust the coil in place to ensure the heat transfer effect of the coil.

The heat coils structure of the stainless steel tank increases the heat exchange area in the tank, and at the same time, the heat exchange is sufficient and uniform, and the heat exchange effect is good.
