Extruded fin tube aluminum fins
1. Extruded fin tubes, 15 rolled composite fin tube machines, daily productivity 10,000 meters
Extruded fin tubes, also known as bimetallic rolled fin tubes (code DR), are tubes that can withstand corrosion and completely overcome the shortcomings of L-type winding tubes. The inner and outer tubes of bimetallic rolled tubes can be selected separately, and the inner tube is selected according to the corrosion of the hot fluid and the pressure, such as carbon steel, stainless steel, alloy steel, brass, etc. The outer tube can be selected from metals that have good ductility, strong atmospheric corrosion resistance, and good heat transfer performance. Generally, aluminum and copper are used. After rolling, the inner and outer tubes can be completely tightly combined. In addition to being used for highly corrosive fluids inside the tube, bimetallic rolled tubes can also be used in wet air coolers to resist corrosion on the outside of the tube. The advantages are good corrosion resistance, long service life, high heat transfer efficiency, small pressure drop, high fin integrity and rigidity. Because the fins are firm and not easy to deform, they can be cleaned with high-pressure water.

Bimetallic extruded finned tubes are made of two different metal tubes rolled together. The base tube types are: copper, copper alloy, stainless steel, carbon steel, etc. The fin material is pure aluminum, and it is composed of two bimetallic finned tubes: copper-aluminum composite tubes and steel-aluminum composite tubes.
The fins are tightly combined with the base tube by wrapping the metal strips around the base tubes with their flexibility, and then the finned tubes are coated to reduce the contact thermal resistance and enhance the heat transfer performance of the finned tubes.
According to the different fin types and application requirements, finned tubes can be divided into U-shaped finned tubes, toothed U-shaped finned tubes and I-shaped finned tubes.
