Main advantages of air cooled heat exchanger
1. Improve the service life of the electron tube (high-frequency equipment).
Ordinary water is easy to scale and needs to be cleaned regularly. Once scaled, it will affect the transmission power and life of the electron tube. In severe cases, the electron tube anode is easy to burn through.
2. Save electricity.
(Take 100KW high-frequency electron tube equipment as an example) Under the action of DC high voltage, the power consumption of the anode water circuit to the ground is: ordinary water is about 8KW, and distilled water is about 70W.
3. Reduce electrolytic corrosion.
The anode high voltage forms a DC current to the ground through the water resistance. It causes electrolytic corrosion of the inlet and outlet of the electron tube water jacket. The electrolytic corrosion rate of ordinary water is more than 100 times that of distilled water.
The water storage tank of the air cooled heat exchanger is about 0.4 to 2.0m3 depending on the power of the equipment, and the price of pure water per ton is between 250 yuan and 300 yuan.
The air cooled heat exchanger uses a closed cycle, so the consumption of distilled water is extremely low, which creates conditions for the use of distilled water. At the same time, if antifreeze products are added in a certain proportion, the problem of winter freezing of high-frequency water circuits can be completely solved. The use of distilled water not only increases the life of equipment and components, but also reduces maintenance costs, thereby achieving the purpose of improving productivity and saving electricity.
4. Air cooled heat exchanger uses air and softened water to exchange heat between the walls, and discharges the heat generated by electrical components such as electric furnace sensors, thyristors, and electronic tubes into the air.
The heat transfer tubes with high thermal conductivity form a very high heat flux density after combination, so the cooling efficiency of the device is very high.
Using air for continuous heat exchange, heat is transferred to the air, heat accumulation is removed, and the temperature requirements of the induction heating system are met.
The cooling system uses distilled water to circulate in a closed loop in the air cooler and induction heating equipment. The water quality is clean, so that the cooled electrical system will not scale for a long time and will not be blocked by foreign matter.
Antifreeze can be added to the cooling water in winter to prevent the failure of the water channel being frozen and reduce the failure of the induction heating equipment. The cooling system does not require a pool or a cooling tower.
