The working principle of stainless steel high-frequency welded finned tube heat exchanger is based on heat conduction and convection heat transfer in thermodynamics. During the heat exchange process, two fluids of different temperatures flow in different channels of the heat exchanger.
The high-temperature fluid passes through the inside of the tube, while the low-temperature fluid flows outside the tube, and the two exchange heat through the fins.
The heat is transferred from the high-temperature fluid to the fins through the tube wall, and then to the low-temperature fluid through the fins, realizing the heat transfer.
